Oak Villa was a renovation and interior project for a family of four in a 4BHK duplex on the developing outskirts of Raipur. The existing structure was retained; the interiors were rebuilt entirely. The concept was grandeur without heaviness: earthy tones, natural material, bespoke furniture, and a terrace designed as the primary social space of the house.
